This research aims at identifying and assessing possible new governance structures that will be able to fight social exclusion in contemporary Europe. Recognizing the interdependencies and the interaction between local residents, social groups, public agencies and local businesses, the project will develop new methods and tools for the effective use of available resources for socio-economic development.
